Internal Accountant (Ref: ATG WS 01)
The successful candidate will join our Internal Accountants team and will be working directly with the Financial Controller. He/She will process accounting transactions, perform reconciliations and prepare all necessary reports in due time for deadlines. The candidate will also prepare and check ledger transactions and balances. He/She will also assist in the preparation of the monthly, quarterly and yearly accounts.
Qualifications
- LCCI Higher Degree in Accounting or Diploma/Degree in Accounting
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position
- Ability to analyse and assess information
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Familiarity with the use of accounting software
Personal Assistant (Ref: ATG WS 02)
The successful candidate will support a group of managers in the performance of their duties by providing personal assistance and secretarial support.
The position entails liaising with the heads of all departments, co-ordinating team members, diary and agenda management, internal and external correspondence and managing projects.
The candidate needs well-developed personal and secretarial skills, the ability to take initiative, be a good team player, be an effective communicator with strong organisational skills, and have the ability to work under pressure.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Secretarial Studies or Office Administration
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Strong administration and time management skills
Client Portfolio Senior Accountant (Ref ATG WS 03)
The successful candidate will manage the Financial Reporting functions for a portfolio of clients and control the collection of the financial information process. The candidate will also review and approve the workings of the accounting operations and liaise with client external auditors.
The position entails the review and approval of the work of other accountants in the department, liaising directly with clients and external auditors.
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting
- Member of a professional accounting body
- At least 5 years relevant work experience
- Very good knowledge of international accounting standards
- Working experience with accounting software
Legal Service Officer (Ref: ATG WS 04)
The successful candidate will join our Legal Department team. He/She will assist in the development of processes and procedures in the Legal Department and will assist the company in the development of the group in the Legal Areas. He/she will assist the Head of the Legal Department in client-requested actions and liaise with all administrators, bookkeepers and auditors of the companies.
Qualifications
- UK qualified Legal Consultant/Lawyer
- At least 3 years relevant work experience
- Contract drafting experience on commercial/corporate and IP matters
- Experience of exposure in international tax planning and trusts will be considered an advantage
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office applications
Client Service Officer (Ref: ATG WS 05)
The successful candidate will be an assistant to the Head of the Management and Administration Services Department. He/She will manage the affairs of a portfolio of clients on an every day basis and liaise with them and authorities in order to complete tasks.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration
- At least 2 years relevant work experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications
Client Liaison/Marketing Officer (Ref: ATG WS 06)
The successful candidate will be a member of the Business Development Team reporting to the Business Development Manager/Managing Director of the Group. He/She will be responsible for the implementation of the Business Development model in a number of English-speaking regions and will assist with company's marketing literature.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing
- At least 2 years relevant work experience

Receptionist/Administrator (Ref: ATG WS 07)
The successful candidate will cover the reception area and the telephones. She will handle general typing, correspondence and secretarial duties, and any communication in and out of the company. She will need to be able to prioritise daily workload and work under pressure. Native English is required.

Banking Service Officer (Ref: ATG WS 08)
The successful candidate will be an assistant to the Head of Baking. He/She will manage the banking affairs of a portfolio of clients on an every day basis and liaise with them and authorities in order to complete tasks.

- Degree in Business Administration, Banking or Finance
- At least 2 years relevant work experience

Business Development Officer (Ref: ATG WS 09)
The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of the Business Development model in a number of English-speaking regions. He/She will prepare the company's marketing literature, as well as, establish and maintain a working relationship with Professional Intermediaries in a number of English-speaking regions.
He/She will be responsible for the proper updating of the CRM software for contacts in the region under expansion, as well as, the SEO of the Aspen Trust website.

Business Development Manager (Ref: ATG WS 10)
The successful candidate will head the Business Development Team and report to the Managing Director of the Group.
He/She will be responsible for the implementation of the Business Development model in a number of English-speaking regions and assist with company marketing literature. He/She will lead all marketing research and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Marketing studies and holder of an MBA
- At least 5 years relevant work experience
- Multi-lingual (at least 2 extra languages apart from Greek or English)
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications
