Corporate/Commercial Lawyer
- Direct the legal department of the group in Cyprus
- Streamline all in-house legal documents to the domestic and international requirements
- Draft legal documents for clients affairs
The successful candidate must be a UK qualified Legal Consultant/Lawyer, with contract drafting experience on commercial/corporate and IP matters. Any experience or exposure to International Tax Planning and Trusts would be considered an advantage.
Marketing Officer
- Responsible for the write up and monitoring of the group’s marketing plan
- Assist in the on-going implementation of the group’s business development model
- Act as a liaison between the group and its associates
- Assist in the organisation of overseas visits and group presentations
- Responsible for the maintenance of the group website
The successful candidate must be NATIVE in English (any additional languages would be considered as an advantage), a holder of a relevant university degree with strong interpersonal and management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work at peak performance in an international environment under tight deadlines.
Accountant/Company Administrator
- Perform the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of international companies
- Monitor bank accounts and transactions
- Do the accounting and bookkeeping of company records on SAGE Accounts
- Assist in the preparation of management and statutory financial reporting
- Assist in the preparation of company budgets using SAGE WinForecast
The successful candidate must be fluent in English and Greek, self-motivated, a holder of LCCI Higher/CAT qualification or ACCA trainee, with good verbal and written communication skills, computer knowledge in MS Excel and the ability to work in an international environment under tight deadlines.
Audit Seniors
- Perform statutory audits of Cyprus IBC’s
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with International Accounting Standards
- Prepare company Tax Returns
- Supervise a small team of audit juniors
The successful candidate must be fluent in English and Greek, university graduate, newly qualified or part-qualified ACCA/ACA with strong verbal and written communication skills, computer knowledge in MS Excel, good management and leadership skills and the ability to work in an international environment under pressure.

- Prepare financial statements in accordance with International Accounting Standards
- Prepare company Tax Returns
The successful candidate must be fluent in English and Greek, university graduate, trainee ACCA’s/ACA’s, with strong verbal and written communication skills and willing to learn to work at peak levels of performance.
